4 days from Marrakech to Merzouga desert. This itinerary will allow you to discover the magnificent kasbahs, the desert landscapes and the mountains of the High Atlas. You will also have the opportunity to spend a night in the desert and have a unique camel riding experience.

4 days from Marrakech to Merzouga desert

Day 1: Telouet Kasbah – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Skoura – Kelaa Mgouna – Dades Gorges

Leave Marrakech and head to the Kasbah of Telouet, a former residence of the Glaouis.
Continue to the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Cross the Skoura Valley with its palm groves and kasbahs.
Stop at Kelaa Mgouna, known for its rose production.
End your day by reaching the Dades Gorge, where you can admire the spectacular rock formations.
Spend the night in accommodation near the Dades Gorges.

Day 2: Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga

After breakfast, depart from Dades Gorge and travel to Tinghir.
Explore the Todra Gorge, an impressive canyon with rock walls over 300 meters high.
Continue on to Erfoud, known for its fossils and marble industry.
Arrive in Merzouga, where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the desert.
Take a camel ride through the Erg Chebbi dunes and spend the night in a Berber camp in the middle of the desert.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Nkoub – Agdz – Ouarzazate

Enjoy the sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga before returning to the village.
Visit the historic town of Rissani, where you can experience its bustling market.
Cross the desert landscapes passing by Nkoub and Agdz.
Arrival in Ouarzazate, a city known for its film studios and kasbahs.
Spend the night in Ouarzazate.

Day 4: Ouarzazate – High Atlas – Marrakech

After breakfast, leave Ouarzazate and cross the High Atlas Mountains.
Enjoy the superb mountainous landscapes through the Tizi n’Tichka pass.
Finally, arrive in Marrakech.
